We are always happy to talk about tax to those who are not experts in the subject. So feel free to ask us to present to your employees on how your company share scheme works. In particular, in advance of a company sale, or as an option exercise window opens, you can be faced with multiple questions. We are able to explain income tax and capital gains tax matters to an all-employee group and answer individual questions as required.
