Cross Atlantic Business Solutions was founded by Lori Adam, CPA, to provide access to a network of US tax and accounting contacts. A native of Silicon Valley, California, Lori has more than 20 years’ of US operational experience in sales tax, basic Income tax filing and assistance, FEIN registration, and registration of an entity with foreign ownership.
She is a member of the UK200 Group and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant, as well as a member of the American Institute (AICPA) and California Society of Certified Public Accounts (CalCPA).
IMH Advisory LLP was established by Ian Howe in 2013. Ian is a Chartered Tax Adviser, holds a degree in quantity surveying and has more than 20 years’ specialist capital allowances experience.
IMH Advisory’s work includes claim preparation (second-hand acquisitions, new build, refurbishment), advice on property transactions (drafting appropriate capital allowances contract clauses and elections) as well as upfront design advice on aspects such as Enhanced Capital Allowances for energy efficient plant.
IMH Advisory provides capital allowances advice in many sectors, including hotels, restaurants, leisure, retail and health as well as to numerous property investors.
Jon Croxford is a partner at a firm of specialist solicitors, Meridian Private Client, and has almost 30 years’ experience advising high net worth individuals on personal tax issues. He has a particular interest in international planning and advises on residence and domicile issues as well as offshore structures. Prior to joining Meridian, Jon spent most of his career within the accountancy world and headed up the Birmingham and Nottingham private client teams at Deloitte. Jon is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
